New Years Eve Outfit + Signing Off!

Hi friends! I’m signing off for a few weeks, but wanted to share my New Years Eve outfit with you before I left. NYE always creeps up on me…with the rush of the holidays and travel…I always get back and then bam have nothing to wear for the occasion. Now don’t get me wrong, I usually wear PJs as we don’t normally have fancy plans, but this year we are going to hit the town and I actually have an outfit ready to go. Hallelujah! Lately, I have a thing for black jumpsuits (ahem, I just packed THREE in my suitcase, none of which I could do without…ha!). They are a little unexpected, and really fun to wear. I scored this little number from Nordstrom for under $90 (run, don’t walk on this one!) and love the juxtaposition of the (faux) leather fitted bustier top paired with the extra wide pilazzo pants. It was easy to pair with a cropped jacket and statement earrings and I am all ready to go for a night on the town. See below for my other favorite (and inexpensive) black jumpsuits!

If you’re reading this, that means that I have already traded in my heels for fuzzy slippers and am curled up on the sofa enjoying this special time of the year with my family. I’ll be back in the New Year and am already so excited about what’s to come. You guys coming back day after day to check on what I’m up to have made 2014 more than I could have ever dreamed of for this little blog. I have had some amazing experiences, met some amazing people and this blog has grown into so much more than a hobby for me.
